The Trade Portal User Count notification via ProStix exports a listing of current registered Trade Portal users, <span style="color: #172b4d">with a valid Contact ID or Customer ID,</span> for each site running Trade Portal. 

To setup a site for Trade Portal User Count scheduled task perform the following:

1. From the ProStix main menu to go System Administration - Third Party Applications - Mobile Apps Configuration - User Account Notification.
2. Configure the notification as follows:
3. Press <Enter> or <F1>. The **Scheduled User Count Settings **popup screen is enabled. Enter TPA ID = tportal, and target email address is the email recipient for the user count notifications.
4. Press <Enter> or <F1>. Schedule the task to run monthly on the first or second day of the month. Press F1 to save the schedule.
5. The Trade Portal notification task is now configured but set to "disabled".

Press **<F8> Status** and <enter> through the scheduled task screen to activate the user count notification.
