Refer to the following for a list of post-sales information required from your organisation in order to customise your Trade Portal specific to your company.

## Portal Logo Image

Please supply a logo image to be used on the login page and main portal page with specification as follows (this is optional, you can have just the background image if you prefer):

- Image Dimension:  338px wide x 67px high
- File Size: 20kb.
- File type: .png
- Filename: login_logo.png

## Login Background Image

Image to be used for login page background with specification as follows:

- Image Dimensions:   990px wide x 740px high
- File Size: 80kb.
- File type: .jpg
- File name: login_background.jpg

## Homepage Images

Up to 4 scrolling images can be loaded to rotate on your Trade Portal homepage. Image specification is as follows:

- Image Dimension: 960px wide x 400px high
- File Size: 80kb.
- File type: .jpg
- File name: C1.jpg, C2.jpg, C3.jpg, C4.jpg.

## Enquiry Logo Image

Please supply a logo image to be used on the Invoice and Statement enquiry screens:

- Image Dimension: 185px wide x 65px high
- File Size: 20kb.
- File type: .png
- File name: transaction_logo.png

## Invoice Local Print Logo Image

Please supply a logo image to be used on the Invoice & Statement when a customer chooses to print a copy locally:

- Image Dimension: 185px wide x 65px high
- File Size: 10kb.
- File type: .png
- File name: logo_small_new.png

## Top Bar Menu Logo

Please supply a logo image to be used on the top menu bar of the Home Page:

- Image Dimensions:   255px wide x 71px high
- File Size: 10kb.

## Styling Requirements

Please advise what colour/s you wish to have on your Trade Portal (these may be the same as an existing website etc for consistency):

- Colour of Top bar of trade portal (default is white background with black text): _________________

Please list Branches which are to be displayed in the Trade Portal under ‘Store Listings’:

- Rep ID is used to allocate the sale/quote to a default sales rep (if a customer doesn’t already have a nominated sales rep defined in ProStix) where a new order is entered by the customer on the trade portal. Only required for Product ordering.
- Email Address is used to apply the default email for the order details to be sent to when a customer raises an order on the system.
- Order Y/N = If this Branch is to be available for a customer to select to place orders. Will be set to **No** for Account Only functionality.

Display Y/N = Indicate which Branches details are to be displayed in the ‘Store Listing’ bottom bar link

## Statement Trading Terms 

Trading terms can be added at the bottom of locally printed statements. if required, please supply a Paragraph stating terms to print out at the bottom of a locally printed statement.

## Bpay account details for account payments 

Optional functionality to allow customers to pay outstanding invoices directly from the Trade Portal browser. If required, please supply details:
