# Invoice Search

To search for an Invoice, perform the following:

1. From the **Trade Portal main menu**, select **Invoices**.
2. You are present with several search options:

| **Filter** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| From/To Date | By default, the Trade Portal populates the last 3 months' worth of Invoices, you can expand or reduce the date range by entering a new date or clicking the date finder icon |
| Product | Enter a Product ID to search for any Invoices containing that product |
| Search | Enter key words to search within the **Branch**, **Order Number**, **Address**, and **Comment fields** |

# Statement and Quotes/Orders Search

1. From the **Trade Portal main menu**, select **Quotes/Orders**, or **Statements**.
2. By default, all current Statements and Quotes/Order will be displayed
3. You can filter the columns by clicking on the column header:

You can sort each column by ascending or descending, as well as filter which columns to display on the screen.
