To define valid Despatch Types, perform the following:

1. From the **ProStix Main Menu**, select **System Administration > Configuration** > **Miscellaneous Tables**.
2. From the **Miscellaneous Tables** window, select **Delivery Data **followed by **Despatch Types** (within the **Options** sub-menu).

3. From the **Despatch Type **window, select **F6 **to add a new despatch type. Enter the Code, Description, Delivery, Pick Up, P and D, P and D colour and T/Portal.

4. In the **T/Portal** field type **Y** for yes to make the Despatch Type available to Trade Portal.

> ℹ️ Note: Only those despatch methods marked with a **Yes** in the **T/Portal** column are visible to Trade Portal end users.

5. Use your arrow keys to move up or down to the appropriate Despatch Type, then select F7 to change an existing Despatch Type. Update the 'T/Portal' field by typing **Y** for **Yes**, to make the Despatch Type available to Trade Portal, then press **F1** to save.
