The email Quote and Order confirmation conditionally goes to the salesrep:
IF TPEMLRepMg = false, the email goes to the rep provided the rep number is not zero.

IF TPEMMLRepMg = true, the email goes to the rep provided the rep number is not zero and the user is also listed in the system_user_role table as a "SalesManager"."

**TimSurBrn **

When set to active, tally products are correctly split up by the length surcharge defined in the branch for lm UOM products. The customers' home branch must be equal to the branch where the length surcharges are defined for the length surcharges to be applied.

When TimSurBrn is set to inactive, length surcharges are determined by the system level surcharges rather than at Branch level.
