The Trade Portal interface provides the capability for the user to browse and download documents from the website using the URL. Customer can download documents saved into the Trade Portal by the business. The files for this area will be loaded onto the web server manually. The description and paths to the files will be maintained within ProStix via a character browser interface. This will be accessible via the mobile app's menu in Prostix.

Fields to be stored include:

- Description
- Category
- Filename
- Date

Types of items include:

- Brochures (Example: Whole of House offer)
- Trademark
- Industry News

To upload documents into the Trade Portal, perform the following:

1. From the **Prostix Main Menu** select **System Administration** then **Third-Party Applications** then **Mobile Apps configuration**, then select **V. Downloads.**
2. Select <F6> to **Add** a file.
3. Type the **Description**, **Category**, **Date** then select <enter> to add the file name.
4. Type the file name (link). Refer to the screenshot example below:

> ⚠️ The URL will be the location of the Trade Portal webserver, plus by adding a "Download" folder on the webserver under C:\Apache2.2\htdocs\downloads to store files will allow the documents to be downloaded using a similar URL filepath to below.

5. Once the file name is entered, <enter> to save the file. This file can then be accessed in the Trade Portal.

## <span style="color: #003366">Accessing the documents uploaded to the Trade Portal</span>

<span style="color: #333333">To access the documents uploaded to the Trade Portal, perform the following:</span>

1. Select **My Account** and then select **Downloads**.

2. Click the link of the document you wish to view. The document then opens in a new browser.
