The text displayed on the bottom links bar can be customised according to the customer's requirements.

To customise the bottom links bar buttons, perform the following:

1. From the **Screen Definitions** window, use your arrow key to move down to the **bottomlinkbar** object sets, then select F6 to add a new bottom link bar. Add the Object Set, Object, Object Type and Description, then select enter.

> ℹ️ Note: There is a maximum of 4 bottom bar links.

2. From the **Object Maintenance** window, add the Object Label, Object Value and Object Value 2, as appropriate, then press F1 to save.
3. To ensure the bottom links updated successfully, logon to your Trade Portal home page, then confirm.

*For example*, if you replace 'Handy Links' with 'Test', the Trade Portal Home Page is updated as follows:

4. Use your arrow keys to move up or down to the appropriate Object Set, then select F7 to change a bottom link bar. Select enter to tab to the next value, then update each value as appropriate, then press F1 to save.
5. Select F5 to delete an existing bottom link button, then press F5 to confirm.

Support email

This can beset to the email you would like customers to send support requests to regarding any Trade Portal issues (generally your IT support desk). To set press <F7> edit and enter through to the object maintenance screen:

Object Label: controls the wording displayed on the Trade Portal bottom bar

Object value: enter the required email address. This will default into the "to:" field of the email when selected by customers on the portal eg.

#### Account Contact

This can be set to the required email address for customers to request contract from sales staff etc, this can be set by <F7> to edit and enter through to the Object Maintenance screen:

Object Label: Set to the desired label as displayed on the portal in the bottom bar

Object Value: Change the email address which will default in the "to:" field on the Trade Portal

**Link**

The actual URL's are set here, to add a link press <F7> and enter through to the object maintenance screen:

Set object label: as you want the wording of the link to appear on the Trade Portal

Object value = the URL/web address of the link

**Listing**

Controls the displayed label on the Trade Portal bottom bar. Note the actual stores/branches to be displayed is controlled in A-A-9-Q Branch Configuration

**Useful Links**

Allows the 'Useful Links' button to display on the bottom of the Trade Portal bottom bar. Can be renamed (in this case to "Handy Links" via <F7> , tab through to label maintenance and change the

"Object Label" to the desired wording to display on the portal.
