How to load your organisation's Product Hierarchies To load your organisation's Product Hierarchies manually, perform the following: From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  System Administration  >  Third Party Applications > Mobile Apps Configuration  followed by  Product Hierarchy Maintenance Selecting the  Product Hierarchy Maintenance  option presents a list of existing product hierarchy entries showing the  Company, Categories, Types  and  Classes  that have already been linked. To add a new Product Hierarchy entry, press  F6  to access add mode (if not already in add mode) then add the relevant  Company, Category, Type  and  Class , then press  F1  to save. Now confirm the new Product Hierarchy is displayed in the ' Category Hierarchy – by Category ' window. To change an existing hierarchy entry, use your arrow keys to move up or down to the appropriate entry, then press  F7  to change the entry. Update the relevant  Company, Category, Type  or  Class  as appropriate, then press  F1  to save. To delete an existing hierarchy entry, use your arrow keys to move up or down to the appropriate entry, then press  F5  to delete the entry, then  F5  to confirm. To ensure the Product Hierarchy loaded successfully, logon to your Trade Portal site, then confirm that the product hierarchy structure matches.
