To load your organizations Product Hierarchies via .csv file, perform the following:

1. Open the [Loading Product Hierarchies via CSV file](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TPUG/pages/28803188) spreadsheet.
2. Refer to the instructions within the spreadsheet, then update the spreadsheet with your organization's product hierarchies according to the format in the spreadsheet.
3. Save and copy the file to */prostix/dmp/prodcat.csv*.
4. From the **ProStix Main Menu** select **System Administration** > **Third Party Applications **> **Mobile Apps Configuration** > **Product Hierarchy Import**.

5. From the 'Product Category Hierarchy Import' window, confirm the location of the .csv file, then select *enter*.
6. If successful, the following message is displayed:
  <sup>'Import Successful. xx records read'.</sup>
7. To ensure the product hierarchies loaded successfully, logon to your Trade Portal site, then confirm that the category ID, type ID and class ID match the definitions in the imported .csv file.
