To load your organisation's Product Categories manually, perform the following:

1. From the **ProStix Main Menu** select '**System Administration**' then '**Third Party Applications'** then '**Mobile Apps Configuration**' followed by '**Product Category Maintenance**'.
2. Selecting the 'Product Category Maintenance' option presents a list of existing product categories with their Category Id, Description and optional Image file URL.
  1. To add a new Product Category, press F6 to access add mode (if not already in add mode) then add the relevant category and description as appropriate and press F1 to save. Confirm the new Product Category is displayed in the 'Product Category Maintenance' window.
  2. To change an existing category, use your arrow keys to move up or down to the appropriate category and press F7 to change the entry. Update the relevant category and description as appropriate then press F1 to save.
  3. To delete an existing category, use your arrow keys to move up or down to the appropriate Category code and press F5 to delete the entry. This requires a second press of F5 to confirm.
