The Trade Portal application has a page that allows the customers to do the following:

- Request changes to their price book generation schedule and price book format details
- Request for a New Price Book
- Resend an Old Price Book

When requesting for price book changes, the form is emailed to the person/people tasked with reviewing the information and will then add, delete or change the parameters in the Frameworks.

To access the Price Book within Trade Portal, perform the following:

1. Open Trade Portal in your browser and enter login credentials.

2. From the **My Account** drop down, select **Price Book** option.
  

# Request Changes

To request Price Book changes, including updating the email address and so on, perform the following:

1. Select **Request Changes**.

2. The Request Price Book Changes window is displayed. Customise the Price Book delivery details according to your specifications.

3. Once you have completed your customisation, select the **Submit Request**. If you make a mistake, simply select the **Cancel **button.

4. The change request for the Price Book is then sent to the support email (for example: The email is set up from the **ProStix Main Menu** select **System Administraton** > **Third Party Applications** > **Mobile Apps Configuration** Screen Definitions which displays on the Portal under '**Email Support**.)

# Request a New Price Book

To request a new Price Book, perform the following:

1. Select **Request New Price Book**.
2. The new Price Book will be emailed to the email address specified in the Price Book Recipient Email.

# Resend a Price Book

To resend a Price Book, perform the following:

1. Tick the check box of the Price Book/s you would like to be re-sent.

2. Click the **Resend Price Book**.

3. The requested Price Book/s will be emailed to the email address specified in the Price Book Recipient Email.
