To configure branches, perform the following:

1. From the **ProStix Main Menu**, select **System Administration** >**Third Party Applications > Mobile Apps Configuration** > **Branch Configuration**.

2. Use your arrow keys to move up or down to the appropriate Branch Id, then select F7 to change details of an existing branch. Update the relevant fields for SalesRep Id and Email Address, then type '**Y**' or '**Y**' in the '**Ord Brn**' field to allow branch orders on your Trade Portal, then type '**Y**' or '**N**' in the '**Disp Brn**' field to display branches on your Trade Portal., then press F1 to save.

## <span style="color: #000000">Adding MAP reference to Branch display on Trade Portal</span>

You can also add a MAP reference to your Branches displayed on the Trade Portal to make finding Branches easier for customers.

To add a map reference to a Branch display on the Trade Portal, perform the following:

1. From the ProStix main menu go to **System Administration** > **System Set-up** > **Define Branches**.
2. Select Branch number as per Branch ID above.

3. In the longitude and latitude fields on the first screen of Branch Definitions, enter the coordinates of the Branch. Example:
4. F1 through all following Branch screens to save changes. Log into the Trade Portal and select the MAP button for the branch you just configured:
  A pop-up window will now display the Branch location on the Map:
