# Problem

Data Import Issue due to a corrupted file. (An error message will display). 

# Cause

# Solution

To resolve your data import issue, perform the following:

1. Check the file structure and format to ensure it is correct according to the conventions.

2. Check there are no commas in the data you are trying to import. This will force the data into incorrect columns.
