# Problem

Failure to import a .csv file from the Mobile Apps Configuration Main Menu in ProStix.

# Cause

Possible cause: csv data file has incorrect permissions.

# Solution

To resolve this issue, perform the following:

1. Change to the directory where the file resides.* For example*, cd /prostix/dmp

2. Set file permissions to full read/write. For example, chmod 666 <filename>.
