This option allows you to purge any Lot Number entries that are dated on or before the date specified. Manual Process 1. From the  'Main Menu'  select options  'System Administration' - 'File Purges' - 'More File Purges' - 'Lot Number Purge' . 2. The first screen will display an explanation of the purge and allows you to key the date prior to which lots will be purged.      Warning - This program will purge all lot Number entries and associated lot tracking information for Lots that were closed on or before the selected date.       Purge Date:   key the purge date.
