This process explains how to remove GMROI data from the database. 1.  From the  'Main Menu'  select options  'System Administration' - 'File Purges' - 'More File Purges' - 'GMROI Purge' .   2. You will then see:      GMROI Summary Data for each complete period prior to the date selected will be permanently deleted.    Product level GMROI will be retained until Sales Summary is also purged.       Start Date:   key the start date.
