This option purges data from the stock adjustment detail file. All records dated on or before the purge date will be deleted. Manual Process 1. From the  'Main Menu'  select options  'System Administration' - 'File Purges' - 'More File Purges' - 'Stock Adjustments Purge'.   2. The first screen displays an explanation of the purge and allows you to key in the date from which the stock adjustment detail file will be purged.      This program will purge data from the stock adjustment detail file.    All records dated on or before the purge date will be deleted.       Purge Date:   key the date.   3. Information regarding the number of records that have been purged will be displayed once the purge has been successful Automatic Process Stock Adjustments -  Sys7104.p Refer to  Automate File Purges  in the  System Administration User Guide  for further information.
