This option allows you to remove General Ledger drill-down data from the database. 1. From the  'Main Menu'  select options  'System Administration' - 'File Purges' - 'More File Purges' - 'G/L Drill-Down Purge' .   2. You will then see:      This program will purge data from the general ledger transaction drill-down table for the selected financial year.       Year to purge:   key the financial year.
