| <span style="color: #003366">**PROBLEM:**</span> | The run-out products came out as all the same in the error report despite having individual barcodes.   
 When running the import exceptions listing, it shows the same product on the list multiple times, despite each one having a separate barcode |
| <span style="color: #003366">**CAUSE:**</span> | Unknown |
| <span style="color: #003366">**SOLUTION:**</span> | From the PDE device, perform the following:<br>1. Select **SETUP** from the main menu.<br>2. Toggle down to '**Interface Settings**' and press the <span style="color: #ff0000">red</span> select button.<br>3. Toggle down to '**USB HID Control'**, press the <span style="color: #ff0000">red</span> select button.<br>4. Toggle down to '**Intercharacter Delay**', press the red select button. |
