This process explains how to purge any unwanted customer rewards points transactions that are dated on or before the date specified. 1. From the  'Main Menu'  select options -  'System Administration' - 'File Purges' - 'Accounts Receivable Purges' - 'Customer Rewards Points Purge' . 2.  The first screen allows you to select the company and then displays an explanation of the purge and allows you to key the purge date prior to which Customer Rewards Points transactions will be purged.      Warning - This program will delete all copies of customer rewards transactions which are dated on or before the date specified, and roll balances up.      Purge Date:   key the date from which customer rewards transactions are to be purged.   Any rewards transaction that is dated on or before the date keyed will be automatically deleted from the data base.
