This process explains how to purge any completed factory works orders that are dated on or before the date specified. Manual Process   1. From the  'Main Menu'  select options  'System Administration' - 'File Purges' - 'More File Purges' - 'Factory Works Order Purge' .  2. You will first see:      Warning - This program will delete all completed Factory Works Orders from the database.    You should keep at least 3 months data for enquiry purposes.   3. You will be prompted for the  purge date  on or before all factory works orders to be purged.   4. After keying the date, the purge program will run, and then at the end you will be notified of how many files were purged.
