This program allows you to purge any unwanted share transactions that are dated on or before the date specified. 1. From the  'Main Menu'  select options -  'System Administration' - 'File Purges' - 'Accounts Receivable Purges' - 'Share Transactions Purge' . 2.  The first screen allows you to select the company and then displays an explanation of the purge and allows you to key the purge date prior to which Share transactions will be purged.      Warning - This program will delete all Share Transactions which are dated on or before the date specified.       Purge Date:   key the date from which share transactions are to be purged.   Any share transaction that is dated on or before the date keyed will be automatically deleted from the data base
