This process explains how to purge all Contract GP Exceptions that are dated on or before the date specified. Manual Process   1. From the  'Main Menu'  select options  'System Administration' - 'File Purges' - 'More File Purges' - 'Contract GP Exceptions Purge' .   2.  The first screen displays an explanation of the purge and allows you to key the purge date.      Warning - This program will purge all Contract GP Exceptions prior to the selected date.       Purge Date:   key the purge date Automatic Process Contract GP Exceptions  - sysxcgppurg.p   Refer to  Automate File Purges  in the  System Administration User Guide  for further information.
