| <span style="color: #003366">**PROBLEM:**</span> | <span style="color: #333333">After entering a product with a discount, if you enter the same product again, the system applies the discount that was previously applied.</span> |
| <span style="color: #003366">**CAUSE:**</span> | **<span style="color: #333333">Product Price Over-ride Duplication</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> (</span>**<span style="color: #333333">iprice9.p</span>**<span style="color: #333333">) is active in the pricing hierarchy.</span> |
| <span style="color: #003366">**SOLUTION:**</span> | To stop product overrides being applied to subsequent products perform the following:<br>1. From the **ProStix Main Menu**, select '**Inventory Management**', then '**Special Pricing**', then '**Price Hierarchy Table**'.<br>2. Arrow to the '**Product Price Over-ride Duplication**' rule, then select <F7> (Change). .<br>3. Update '**Active**' to '**No**'. |
