| <span style="color: #003366">**PROBLEM:**</span> | AR: Invoice does not show unit pricing only total pricing. |
| <span style="color: #003366">**CAUSE:**</span> | The transaction began as a quote where the print option "**show prices**" was set as **no**. This has then flowed on through the order and then the invoice. |
| <span style="color: #003366">**SOLUTION:**</span> | <span style="color: #333333">To resolve this issue, perform the following:</span><br><span style="color: #333333">1. From</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> ProStix Main Menu</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> select</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> 'Systems Administration'</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> then</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> 'Utilities'</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> then </span>**<span style="color: #333333">'Run a program'</span>**<span style="color: #333333">.</span><br><span style="color: #333333">2. From the</span><span style="color: #000000">** 'Which Program?' **</span><span style="color: #333333">field</span><span style="color: #000000">** **</span><span style="color: #333333">type </span>**<span style="color: #333333">'fixprcinv.p'</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> then select </span>**<span style="color: #333333"><F1></span>**<span style="color: #333333">.</span><br><span style="color: #333333">3. Type in the required </span>**<span style="color: #333333">'Invoice Number'</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> then </span>**<span style="color: #333333">'Back Order'</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> then select </span>**<span style="color: #333333">'Yes'</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> to Price the Invoice then select </span>**<span style="color: #333333"><F1></span>**<span style="color: #333333">.</span><br>> Macro (nested-table) |
