If this field is blank, the account will not be sequenced between two non-blank customer names. | | **SOLUTION:** | To resolve this issue, perform the following:
1. From the **ProStix Main Menu** select '**Accounts Receivable**' then '**Customer Maintenance**' then type in the required '**Customer Number**'.
2. From the Options menu, select '**Update**' then type the Customer's name in the '**Name Sequence**' field.
