To maintain the Chart of Accounts, perform the following: 1.  Click on the icon 'Accounts' in the 'Layout Definition' box.  2. You are then presented with a list of the chart of accounts.  3. From here you can maintain the chart, using the add, edit and delete buttons. Clicking in any cell will open that cell up for editing. Columns can be resized to maximise the amount of information visible. 4. When you have finished, click the ' Save ' icon at the top of the screen to save your changes and apply the changes to the database.
