The  Call Type Codes  option a llows you to define call types for the Sales Rep Assistant mobile application. To setup and maintain Call Type Codes, perform the following: 1. From the  'Main Menu'  select  'System Administration'  then  'Configuration'  then  'Miscellaneous Tables'  then  'Brand Maintenance'. 2. From the 'Call Type Codes' screen you may perform tasks such as <F6> (Add), <F7> (Change) and <F5> (Delete).
