The  Day End Procedures  option allows you to set up a table of batch jobs or programs that are to be executed by your system cron.  This program is only useful for UNIX users that have a cron set up in their system. To  set up a table of batch jobs or programs that are to be executed by your system cron , perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'System Administration'  then  'Day End Procedures ' . 2. The 'Nightly Batch Queue' screen lists  the programs that have been set up in the Cron and the frequency these programs are run. 3.  To add a Batch job , select <F6> then type the required data and select <F1> to update. Refer to the 'Nightly Batch Queue' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of these options: 4.  To change a Batch job , select  the required job, then select <F7>.   Type the required changes to the required fields, then select <F1> to update. 5.  To delete a Batch Job,  select the required job, then select <F5>.
