The  Define Programs  option allows you to define the programs available to users so they can be used for the setting up program security. To define Programs, perform the following:   1.  From the  ProStix   Main Menu  select ' System Administration'  then  'Security'  then  'Define Programs' . 2. The ' Program Maintenance ' screen' lists programs that can be made available to user groups. 3.  To add a Program To The List,  select <F6> (Add) from the list of programs that can be made available to user groups. Refer to the 'Program Maintenance' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of these options: 4. The new program will now be included in the list of programs available to user groups. 5. Repeat the process to add more programs to the availability list or select <F4> (Exit) to return to the  Program Maintenance  screen. 6.  To change a Program To The List  s elect the required program and <F7> (Change), make the required changes to the relevant fields, then select <F1>.  Once you have completed all changes, modify any users who have access to the amended programs via the  Program Security  program. 7.  To delete a Program From the List,  select the required program and <F5> (Delete).  Select <F5> to confirm.
