| <span style="color: #003366">**PROBLEM:**</span> | We have tried to perform a stocktake on the weekend and have noticed that the drop down box for the Timber Tallies does not contain any data when selected. |
| <span style="color: #003366">**CAUSE:**</span> | Undefined Timber lengths in Timber lengths table. |
| <span style="color: #003366">**SOLUTION:**</span> | <span style="color: #333333">To resolve this issue, perform the following:</span><br><span style="color: #333333">1. From the </span>**<span style="color: #333333">ProStix Main Menu</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> select '</span>**<span style="color: #333333">Inventory Management</span>**<span style="color: #333333">' then '</span>**<span style="color: #333333">Product Maintenance</span>**<span style="color: #333333">' then '</span>**<span style="color: #333333">Timber Maintenance</span>**<span style="color: #333333">'. </span><br><span style="color: #333333">2. Select option '</span>**<span style="color: #333333">Maintain Tables</span>**<span style="color: #333333">' then '</span>**<span style="color: #333333">Lengths</span>**<span style="color: #333333">'.  </span><br><span style="color: #333333">3.</span><span style="color: #333333"> Select <F6> to add new lengths, or <F7> to modify existing lengths.</span><span style="color: #ff0000"> </span><br>*<span style="color: #333333">Note</span>*<span style="color: #333333">: Lengths are specified to three decimal places. You do not need to type the decimal point, however you need to type any leading or trailing zeroes when adding lengths. For example, to specify a length of 1.2, type '01200'.</span>
