| <span style="color: #003366">**ERROR MESSAGE:**</span> | Error Msg 'EPadInk device may be opened by another application' when I try to use my ePad-Ink signature pad. |
| **<span style="color: #003366">CAUSE:</span>** | Unknown |
| <span style="color: #003366">**SOLUTION:**</span> | If you are using a Compaq or HP computer, you will need to terminate the executable file **EAUSBKBD.EXE** by:<br>1. Press 'Ctrl+Alt+Delete', then select '**Start Task Manager**'.<br>2. Locate the application **EAUSBKBD.EXE** under the processes tab.<br>3. Click on the image name and press the button 'End Process' in the bottom right hand corner of screen |
