This program allows you to purge all of the ETM tracking & log entries that are dated on or before the date specified. Manual Process   1. From the  'Main Menu'  select options -  'System Administration' - 'File Purges' - 'ETM Purges' - 'ETM Document Tracking Purge' .   2. The first screen displays a warning and allows you to key in the date prior to which all records will be purged. Any ETM documents that are awaiting an acknowledgement will remain. Warning - This program will purge all of the ETM tracking and log entries on or before the purge date. NOTE: ETM documents that are waiting for an acknowledgement will not be purged. Purge Date:  key the date from which records are to be purged from the data base.
