| <span style="color: #003366">**PROBLEM:**</span> | PDA Problem: The appserver broker will not start |
| <span style="color: #003366">**CAUSE:**</span> | Unknown. |
| <span style="color: #003366">**SOLUTION:**</span> | To resolve this issue, perform the following:<br>1. Check the appserver log directory (/usr/wrk/) and type: **“tail -10 ProstixBroker.server.log”**<br>2. The error should be logged in this file.<br>3. Report this issue to Sterland Support if you cannot resolve it. |
