Refer to Requisitions ( sys7108.p) in Automate File Purges for the automated Requisitions Purge process. The Requisitions Purge option allows you to select all requisitions that have a 'Last Maintained Date' older than the date specified and purge them from the system. To select all requisitions that have a Last Maintained Date older than the date specified and purge them from the system, perform the following: 1. From the ProStix Main Menu select 'System Administration' then 'File Purges' then 'More File Purges' then 'Requisitions Purge' . 2. The next screen displays a warning and allows you to type in the 'Last Maintained' Date (older than the date specified) and purge them from the system. Refer to the 'Requisitions Purge' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of these options: 3. Select the <Space-Bar> to continue or select <F4> (Exit) to re type the purge date. 4. This process counts the number of requisitions purged in the bottom right hand corner and displays a message when the purge has been completed.
