You can also nominate whether to purge only those unacceptable quotes that were raised as cash quotes. To purge all unaccepted quotes that are dated on or before the date specified, perform the following: 1. From the ProStix Main Menu select ' System Administration ' then ' File Purges ' then ' More File Purges ' then ' Unaccepted Quotes Purge '. 2. The first screen displays an explanation of the purge and allows you to key the type of quotes to purge and the date from which unaccepted quotes will be purged. Refer to the 'Unaccepted Quotes Purge' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of these options: 3. Select the to continue or select (Exit) to re-type the purge date. 4. When the purge has completed successfully, the program displays the number of records that have been deleted.
