This option allows you to define a cross reference table of product codes quoted from your customers and their equivalent product code used within the Product Master File. To define a cross reference table of product codes quoted from your customers and their equivalent product code used within the Product Master File, perform the following: 1. From the ProStix  Main Menu  select  'Inventory Management'  then  'Product Maintenance'  then  'Customer Product Code Maintenance' . i. If the table is empty upon first entry, you are prompted as to whether you wish to import these details from a file.  If ' yes ', then the path and filename of the applicable csv file is then prompted for.  The layout of the csv file should be customer number, customer product code, ProStix Product Code. ii. If the table is not empty or you do not wish to import the details, the next screen with the following fields will appear: 2. Select either <F6> (Add), <F7> (Change), <F5> (DeletE) or <F8> (Import) on any customer product codes as required.
