Refer to  Contract GP Exceptions Purge ( sysxcgppurg.p )  in  Automate File Purges  for the automated Lost Quote process.   The  Contract GP Exceptions Purge  option allows you to purge all Contract GP Exceptions that are dated on or before the date specified. To  purge any Lost Quotes that are dated on or before the date specified , perform the following: 1.   From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'System Administration' , then  'File Purges'  then  'More File Purges'  then  ' Contract GP Exceptions Purge ' . 2. The first screen displays an explanation of the purge and allows you to type the purge date. Refer to the 'Contract GP Exceptions' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of the option: 3. Select the <Space-Bar> to continue or select <F4> (Exit) to re-key the purge date. 4. When the purge is complete, you are returned to the File Purges menu.
