Refer to  Factory Works Orders ( sys7107.p)  in  Automate File Purges  for the automated Statements Purge process.   The  Factory Works Orders Purge  allows you to purge any completed factory works orders that are dated on or before the date specified. To purge any completed factory works orders that are dated on or before the date specified, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'System Administration'  then  'File Purges'  then  'More File   Purges ' then  'Factory Works Order Purge' . 2. The next screen displays a warning and allows you to type in the date  on or before all factory works orders are to be purged.  Refer to the 'Factory Works Order Purge' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of these options: 3. Select the <Space-Bar> to continue or select <F4> (Exit) to re type the purge date. 4. After typing the date, the purge program runs, and then at the end you are notified of how many files were purged.
