Refer to  Stock Adjustments    ( sys7104.p)  in  Automate File Purges  for the automated Stock Adjustments process.   The  Stock Adjustments Purge  purges data from the stock adjustment detail file.  All records dated on or before the purge date are deleted.   To purge data from the stock adjustment detail file, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'System Administration'  then  'File Purges'  then  'More File Purges'  then  'Stock Adjustments Purge' . 2. The first screen displays an explanation of the purge and allows you to type in the date from which the stock adjustment detail file will be purged. Refer to the 'Stock Adjustment Purge' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of the option: 3. Select the <Space-Bar> to continue or select <F4> (Exit) to re type the purge date. 4. Information regarding the number of records that have been purged will be displayed once the purge has been successful.
