While there should be several people within the organisation who understand the working of the system, there should be one specific person selected by the Project Team, perhaps as one of its final duties, who will be responsible for the continuing management of the system, the  System Manager . This is not generally a full time position, but is one which requires a straight forward thinker who will be the company contact for computer enquiries, and who will control the system.
