Refer to  Manufactured Job Purge (sys710.p)  in  Automate File Purges  for the automated Manufacturing Job Purge process. The  Manufacturing Job Purge  option moves all of the manufacturing jobs that were completed on or before the date specified to the job archive file. You are still able to enquire on these jobs via the Job Archive program, however the production and rectification data will not be available as this is purged during the transfer process. To  move all of the manufacturing jobs that were completed (on or before the date you specify) to the job archive file, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix   Main Menu  select  'System Administration'  then  'File Purges ' then ' Manufacturing Job Purge '. 2. The first screen displays a warning, then allows you to type in the date prior to which all jobs will move into the Job Archive file.  Refer to the 'Manufacturing Job Purge' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of the option: 3. Press the <Space-Bar> to continue the purge  or select <F4> (Exit)  to re-type the purge date.   4. If you choose to continue , then the program proceed withs the purge and returns you to the File Purges menu when complete.
