The  GMROI Build  option calculates the GMROI for each major group, product group, sub group and product for each specified branch and month. Once calculated the information is then available for enquiries and reporting. When implementing GMROI for the first time, you may want to calculate the past twelve months of GMROI statistics to get going. This can be done using the "Run from Screen"option. Once this is complete, the "Run from Task Scheduler"option can be used to automatically add to the GMROI statics after each completed month of trade. NOTE - The scheduled task that automatically updates GMROI on a monthly basis, will normally be setup ready to go by Sterland during implementation. Should you need to disable it at any point, select "Run from Task Scheduler" and select F8 to disable the task. To  calculate the GMROI , perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix   Main Menu  select  'System Administration'  then  'Utilities'  then  ' GMROI Build '  or set the job up to run overnight. 2.
