This procedure explains how to  allocate lengths of timber to packs. Within Sales Order Processing, to   allocate lengths of timber to packs   , perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Sales Order Processing' , then  'Order Processing' . 2. Select ' Search By Order No ' to search for the order.  Note : It is also possible to search by customer and delivery address. 3. The default Branch appears in the ' Which Branch ' field. Update as required, then select default ' Order Types ' of  B  (Both which includes Orders and Quotes). 4. Type the ' Order No ', then press <enter> to select it. 5. Select ' Order Details ' from the Options menu. 6. Enter the Product Code/s for the timber that is being sold.  7. Within the 'Timber Tally Entry' screen, select <F8> (Packs) to add pack details. 8. You are prompted to type the Production, Pack Size, Unit Price, Line Price and a comment.  9. The 'Packs' screen allows you to enter quantities and lengths.  Select <F1> when complete.   10. The product then appears on the quote/sales order with the word 'PACKS' underneath it as a comment.
