The Phone List program via the Express Menu is a centrally stored phone list available to all users on the system. You can access this list to look up numbers or to add or delete numbers without the need to leave the program you are in.   To access the Phone List program, perform the following: 1. Select ' Phone List'  from the ' <F10> Express Menu' . All stored entries in the phone list are displayed: 2.  To  find  an entry, start typing the name of the person whose number you are looking up. 3.  To  delete  an entry, select and highlight the correct entry then select the <F5> function key. 4.  To  add  an entry, select the <F6> function key and enter the required information. You stay in  'Add Mode' .  Select the <F4> function key to revert to review mode. 5.  To  change  an entry, select and highlight the correct entry using the <Arrow> keys then select the <F7> function key.
