Refer to  Sales Summary Files ( sys7101.p)  in  Automate File Purges  for the automated Sales Summary Purge process.   The  Sales Summary Purge  purges data from the sales summary files for the selected month.   To purge data from the sales summary files for the selected month, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select ' System Administration ' then ' File Purges ' then ' More File Purges ' then ' Sales Summary Purge '. 2. The next screen displays a warning and allows you to type in the date prior to which all Sales Summaries will be deleted.  Refer to the 'Sales Summary Purge' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of these options: 3. Press the <Space-Bar> to continue or select <F4> (Exit) to re-type the purge date. 4. Once the purge has been successful, a deleted records count is displayed.
