The  Reset Import Transfers  option triggers the import of transfers which may have been received but not completed. This can happen on occasions when the ProDDX engine shuts down for backup before all transfers are completed, and requires you to e nter one of the transfer IDs which hasn't imported to proceed. This is normally a process that would be executed by  Sterland Support  so if you have an incomplete transfer, please contact  Sterland  first. To trigger the import of transfers which may have been received but not completed, perform the following: 1. From the  ProStix   Main Menu  select  'System Administration'  then  'Data Exchange'  then  'Reset Import Transfers'. 2. The 'Import Incomplete Transfers' screen appears. 3. After entering the transfer ID, monitor the DDX logs to ensure that the associated transfer file is successfully imported.
