The  Change Invoice Message  option allows you to maintain the message that appears on invoices for the selected branch.  Any changes made to this message will be updated to the Branch file. To  maintain the message that appears on invoices for the selected branch. , perform the following. 1. From the  ProStix Main Menu  select  'Point of Sale'  then  'File   Maintenance '   then  ' Change  Invoice  Message ' . 2. Type or search for <F3>, then select the branch where the message is to appear.  3. After the branch has been selected, the 'Invoice Message Branch nn' screen displays the message that currently appears on invoices for the relevant branch. 4. Type the new message and the date range that the message is applicable for, then select <F1> to update.
