The view of ' Contact Details ' within Customer Enquiry has changed to provide more visibility of contact phone numbers and also any contact level attributes that have been stored in the system.   After selecting the 'Contact Details' option the new screen layout is as shown below. You can view the details of each contact as you arrow up or down through the contacts:   Press the < Enter>  key on the highlighted contact to view their stored attributes:
