To allow users to setup a matrix of Supplier/Branch/Product Group/SubGrps for the purpose of adding seasonal weightings to the minimum stock level of a product, perform the following: 1. From the ProStix Main Menu select ' Inventory Management ' then ' Stock Control ' then ' Stock Level Management ' then ' Seasonal Weighting '. 2. Search for then select the relevant Supplier. Search is available. Once a supplier is selected, the list of Stock Seasonal Weightings is filtered by the supplier selected. Refer to the 'Stock Seasonal Weightings' collapsible link for a screenshot and an explanation of the options. 3. If the seasonal weighting has already been applied (but not removed), then only the end date is updateable. If you decide you have applied the wrong weighting but it has already been applied, then you can just change the end date to today, and let the overnight task remove the seasonal weighting %. You could also create a new weighting to start from the next day to replace it. 4. If the seasonal weighting has been applied and removed, then the dates can be maintained (to dates greater than today) and the seasonal weighting percentage can be maintained. The applied and removed flags will be reset to ' no ' if this occurs. 5. The dates that are entered as the start and end dates can only be greater than or equal to today.
